are held the 3rd Wednesday of each odd-numbered month at 2:00pm. Participants
include SE District, NE District and State 4-H Staff |

Facilitator
responsibilities:
|
|
| |
- 3 Weeks prior
to the call send a request to the listserve for agenda items.
- 7 Days prior
to the call send out a meeting reminder and agenda to the listserve.
(Items that are relevant to only one district should be placed
last on the agenda.)
- Facilitate
meeting (welcome, work through agenda, gather agenda items for
next meeting).
- Confirm that
someone is the recorder so notes can be added to the 4-H Call
website.
(Please forward these to Debbie).
- Assign people
to facilitate and record the next call.
