WSU HRS continues to support the Cougar community with this powerful tool. Over 2,100 interactive courses and over 8,000 books - all accessible by every current employee and student. Live Instructor Led Training (ILT)
These HRS trainings are available on the WSU Pullman Campus. The urban based campuses HRS may offer similar training. Their individual HRS websites are: WSU Spokane, WSU Vancouver, WSU Tri-Cities currently uses WSU HRS for their training needs.
Department Chairs and Directors Workshops
The Office of the Provost works closely with Human Resource Services to coordinate this annual series addressing such topics as faculty performance reviews, personnel issues and recruitment, as well as graduate student and undergraduate student issues. Unless otherwise announced, these workshops originate in Pullman and are distributed to urban campuses. If you are interested in attending via WECN, please contact Jim Lindstrom at (509) 358-7871.

HRS maintains a training library that can be easily accessed on line. They are provided as an educational resource to all WSU employees. To view these files requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and the free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer. Please note the revision date associated with each topic as the content in these files is subject to change. Also note the "Next Available Offering" link associated with the courses. If the course is scheduled to occur in the near future, this link will take you to the online enrollment site.
Managing in Cougar Country
Each August WSU HRS offers this day long training. The conference offers a variety of training topics and an engaging keynote speaker. More information will be provided as HRS schedules trainings.
