Installing the Adobe Connect Meeting Add-in

When entering a meeting, you will sometimes be prompted to install the Acrobat Connect Add-in:

Simply click the Install link.

If you do not see the above prompt, or click the Install prompt and are still unable to share your desktop, follow the instructions below.

On the meeting room menu, click Help, then Troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

Your system will perform various diagnoses as shown below.

If the diagnosis determines that the add-in is not installed, click the "Install Add-in" button.

When asked if you want to install the Add-in, click Yes.

The add-in downloads and installs.

You receive confirmation that the add-in is installed.
