WSU Extension Content Management System (CMS) virtual training
Refining WSU Extension’s Web Presence
CMS training for Extension faculty and staff has been redesigned to a monthly schedule and comprised of a two-part webinar series. There will be four sessions during the first quarter of 2011 (January through April). The webinars will be on the third and fourth Tuesday of each month, respectively, and start at 10 AM. On the Thursday following each webinar, the Technology Support Group will hold online office hours via Adobe Connect Meeting [Connect URL] to address topics that were taught that week.

As part of the orientation process, participants will be required to view the CMS Orientation presentation located at http://breeze.wsu.edu/introtoCMS/ and review the WSU Extension Web Site Assessment tool provided on the Professional Development website. .
This webinar series will lead participants through the process of developing and maintaining their web presence in the WSU Extension CMS system.
Extension CMS overview: web and CMS philosophy; basic editing and site management; calendaring; and tips & tricks. (Third Tuesday of the month - January 18th, February 15th, march 15th and April 19th)
