Fee:

Exhibitors:
Each Booth space rental includes one complimentary Workshop registration.  All persons planning to work in the booth space must be employed by the Exhibitor (or company sharing space) and registered with the Workshop to obtain a badge.  When registering online you may register for a Booth as an Exhibitor and other personnel as Exhibitor - Attendee using our online registration. Other personnel fees are at a reduced rate of $235
.

Exhibitors receive the following benefits:

  • Access to over 300 food industry sanitation personnel from all over the Western United States and Canada.
  • Each 8’ x 10' exhibit space rental includes one complimentary Workshop registration, a Show Directory Listing, and your company name on the workshop web site.
  • Strolling lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Microbrewery Beer, Wine, and Cheese Tasting in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday evening.
  • Dedicated Exhibit Hall viewing times.
  • Opportunity to attend informative workshops in your field.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Request for cancellation, by Exhibitor, of booth space must be made in writing to Management prior to October 21, 2012, for a full refund, less $75 administration fees for each booth space.
  • Cancellation after October 21, 2012, the Exhibitor agrees to forfeit fee.

If the workshop is cancelled for any reason the booth rental fees will be refunded to the Exhibitor.
