Cultural Competency Training for Extension Professionals
| The Navigating Difference Design Team certifies new trainers through a train-the-trainer model. All Navigating Difference trainers-to-be first complete the full 18-hour Navigating Difference cultural competency workshop as general participants. They then attend a three-day Train-the-Trainer Retreat to gain additional background information and skills that prepare them to offer the Navigating Difference cultural competency workshop to others. |
