Meet Our New Colleagues

Carrie Wohleb

Please welcome Carrie Wohleb to WSU Extension. She assumed her duties as Area Extension Educator for Grant County in March 2008. Her background and education is with irrigated vegetables and vegetable seed crops, including a PhD and MS in horticulture from WSU and a BS in botany from the University of Washington. Carrie spent the last eight years as an agronomist for Winnemucca Farms in Nevada. Her current work extends past Washington to the Pacific Northwest Vegetable Extension Group, a cooperative between the University of Idaho, Oregon State University, WSU, and USDA-ARS.

Carrie’s extracurricular interests include flower gardening, camping, hiking, and snow skiing. She was born in Pullman.
