Therese Harris
Therese Harris joined the Extension Communications and Educational Support unit in February 2008 as a Publications Editor, where she helps authors improve their work’s effectiveness by using her science background and technical writing experience. Therese earned a BS in geology from California State University Sacramento and completed all but her thesis towards an MS in geology at the University of Idaho before realizing her true calling to the field of communications. She worked as a technical writer for Metriguard in Pullman for the last eight years.
Therese’s extramural activities include hiking, snowboarding, swimming, organic gardening, bird watching, exploring new places, crocheting, paper crafts, and renovating her 90-year-old house in Colton.
