Brenda Ellstrom
Brenda Ellstrom joined WSU Extension as a Food Sense Coordinator for Spokane County in November 2006. She worked in the food service industry for the past nine years, most recently at Campbell’s Resort on Lake Chelan as a kitchen manager and cook.
Brenda’s leadership in Spokane and Chelan County 4-H spans a decade, and meshes well with extracurricular interests that include horseback riding, baking, cooking, arts and crafts, scrapbooking, photography, pets, and spending time with family and friends. She was also born in Spokane.
