Meet Our New Colleagues

Charlie Chang

Please welcome Charlie Chang, our new Extension Program Coordinator in King County. He will be working with the Small Farm Program, specifically with a program for the Hmong and other immigrant farmers in the Northwest. He will be adopting curricula into the Hmong language. He has a PhD in Nutrition and Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and the Beijing School of Medicine. Previously he worked as the executive director of the Hmong Association of Washington.

In his free time, Charlie enjoys playing soccer and working as a community support activist. He is originally from Xieng Khonang in Laos.
