Kathy Barnard
Please welcome Kathy Barnard, who has joined the WSU Extension faculty as a senior public relations specialist effective February 21, 2005. She will be responsible for media relations as well as developing a marketing and communications plan. Previously she worked as the Associate Director of Communications at the University of Idaho. Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Idaho.
Kathy loves to knit, cook, read, pick huckleberries, and hang out with her family in Moscow, Idaho. She was born in Council Bluffs, IA.
