Poster Session Registration Form
A review committee will evaluate all poster proposals and choose a blend of projects across the state, as there is limited space. Confirmation notices and poster number assignments will then be issued to presenters. Spaces are limited, so please respond before the deadline.

Format
The format of the display does not need to be confined to a traditional poster. We welcome your creativity. If you will need special accommodations, let us know at the bottom of the submission form.

Physical Requirements:

Posters or displays can be table-top displays, free-standing, or posters affixed to display boards. If you use one of our display boards, the posters can be affixed to boards with Velcro, tacks or pins please bring whichever you desire. No glue or tape.
