Instructions

The conference planning committee is interested in your evaluation of the 2007 All Extension Symposium. Please take a few moments to respond to each of the items below. You will notice that the questionnaire is divided into three sections. It should take no longer than ten minutes to complete the entire questionnaire. We welcome comments on specific sessions and speakers in the text boxes (#27 and # 37). Please refer to the speaker's name or session title when submitting these comments. Your responses on all items are completely confidential.

Part 1

This first part of the evaluation related to the overall quality of the conference. Please rate each of the following questions of the 2007 All Extension Symposium in terms of quality. Then rate the overall quality of the conference in the item.
