Chaperones

Responsible adults must accompany each delegation to county and state 4-H Youth Development related events and activities. Chaperones responsible for delegations from more than one county should be briefed prior to the event or make arrangements to attend the orientation sessions in each of the counties involved. The number of chaperones for any given event or activity should be determined by the Extension staff person(s) in charge. Rules, regulations, and participation requirements will be publicized well in advance of each event, activity, or program.
