The Information Department is soliciting photos and text for the
feature program on the Cooperative Extension home page. One photo
will appear in the middle of the home page, next to the "Featured
Program" link.
Please
send your photos and text to Bob
Hoffmann for consideration. Please be sure your photos are at
least 600 x 800 pixels.
We
are also soliciting noteworthy news items for the Cooperative Extension
home page and the Faculty & Staff page. Preference is given
to items that are already posted on the Web. We will give your news
item publicity, and link to your site! Again, send information to

Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman hosted the International Ministerial
Conference on Agricultural Science and Technology in Sacramento,
on June 23-25, 2003. Over 180 countries were represented. USDA prepared

Rebecca Armstrong returns to work July 28 in the CAHE Business and
Finance Office. She was on leave following the birth of twins. Rebecca
will work a reduced schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily. Welcome
back, Rebecca.
SCHEDULE
Next week Mike and Linda will be attending the Western Region Joint
Directors' meetings and the Middle Managers Conference. Both conferences
are in Newport, OR. They will be back in Pullman on Friday.
