YOU CAN NOW ORDER BUSINESS CARDS ONLINE
CE and CAHE personnel are now able to order business cards online. Previously, personnel would fax or call or e-mail Lagene Taylor in the Information Department. These methods are still acceptable, but feel the online method will produce cleaner communication and fewer mistakes. The URL is http://caheinfo.wsu.edu/print/cards.html

And coming soon: the ability to order envelopes, letterhead, and Penalty Mail slips online.

If you have any problems trying to order your business cards online, please send your information to Lagene Taylor in one of the following methods: Fax (509) 335-2863, Phone (509) 335-2823, e-mail

NOMINATE CAHE WOMEN'S HISTORY RECOGNITION AWARD
Through a resolution passed by Congress in 1987, the month of March is designated as National Women's History Month. To recognize the achievements and contribution of the College's alumnae, we hold a special recognition reception in March and honor one of our College's finest alumna. The recipient will also be honored at the CAHE Awards Banquet in April.

The nominations are due January 6, 2003 and the forms can be found on the CAHE Academic Programs Web site (Awards Page, Item Number 8): http://academic.cahe.wsu.edu/awards.htm

If you have any questions, please contact Brita Nitcy, Alumni and Development, 335-6479.

CONGRESS ADJOURNS
This week the House and Senate decided to end the session and return home for elections. The House passed a continuing resolution for November 22. The Senate chose to enter a pro forma session, which will last until November 12. In theory, both chambers will be coming back after elections to try and finish the appropriations bills and other legislation.
